Welcome! We're glad you're here!
Thanks for stopping by to learn more about Lane Editorial and how we can help you put your best foot forward in writing. We have worked closely with hundreds of authors over the past 18+ years in publishing. From this experience, we've learned that many authors are brilliant in their areas of specialization, but can benefit from some expert help to polish their work for presentation or publication. That's where we come in.
At Lane Editorial, we provide our clients with experienced, intelligent editing of diverse projects. We take pride in our work and enjoy the process of working with clients, whether they are book or magazine publishers, professors, college applicants, or professionals in any number of fields.
What We Do
- Copyedit and proofread nonfiction trade, educational, and professional or academic projects of all lengths--from PowerPoint presentations to books.
- Work directly with high-school students to proofread and provide feedback on college application essays.
- Write and edit for the business and retail markets, including press releases and catalog copy.
- Provide authors with editorial assistance on all types of nonfiction writing (dissertations, manuscripts, book proposals, chapters, etc.).
Most of our work is completed entirely online. We work with Mac or PC files using Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, or Excel.
From short-term projects to larger or more complex assignments, Lane Editorial welcomes the opportunity to help you create products that are simultaneously creative and editorially accurate -- on time, every time.
